[WOW, that's rude!!! He laughs it off though, and moves to sit beside Mikleo when he's invited. He leans his shoulder against Mikleo's in a fond manner.]

[He never worried about privacy before, considering he walked around with several people inside his head for several months. But he was also on the move. Here, they seem a bit more static: shuffled temporarily for missions, and bused back when they were over.]
[There's nothing to do except read one of the books laying around, and Sorey's had quite enough of that for now. The arm between them reaches for Mikleo's hand gently, calloused fingertips trailing along his wrist until he can twine their fingers together.
He peeks at Mikleo, eyes dancing.]

[Mikleo's going to attempt to be casual about how they're twining their fingers together. It doesn't work. He just looks like a cat pretending to not like the affection he's getting. Then, the seraph glances back to meet Sorey's eyes and he knows, with every fiber of his being, that the guy's going to say something to make him blush.
He's 100% correct.
The seraph bumps their shoulders again, hard enough to potentially make Sorey sway to the other side. Mikleo looks away from him, blushing pink and almost-but-not-quite pouting.]
Ugh, please. [Then, he mutters very shyly:] It's...not like I mind if you do even without a house.
[Sorey gets shoved, but he doesn't mind. Mikleo's just being tsundere again, and honestly, Sorey finds it very endearing. One wouldn't know that Mikleo was the first one to say anything, at least not by the way he's acting.]
Oh, really?
[Sorey leans over in that teasing way he has, though he can't smirk to save his life; he's absolutely beaming.]
[All the better to shock people with, whenever either of them get the courage to retell the story of how they had a love confession in the bathroom while injured. At least one day, they'll look back on it fondly and with a laugh.
Hrk, the beaming smile is absolutely his downfall. The whole thing makes his heart pound and Mikleo can't help cursing the fact that he's human, too, now. Breathing as a requirement is hard to remember in these situations.]
You don't need permission.
[It comes out as a murmur, but the seraph doesn't look away from him this time.]
[Sorey knows he doesn't need permission since the seraph kissed him earlier-- but asking made Mikleo blush more, so it's absolutely worth it. A soft laugh bubbles up from inside him, joyful and pure. Being like this doesn't feel any different from how they've always been. That's why Sorey never felt lonely or incomplete... he always had Mikleo.
He tucks some of Mikleo's hair behind his ear with his free hand, draws his thumb along one soft reddened cheek. He leans in, teases the lightest kiss against Mikleo's mouth.]
You really are beautiful, [he whispers, before pressing into the kiss properly.]
[Rude, Sorey. Asking just to get a blush out of him. Jeez.
Mikleo doesn't expect the affectionate gestures necessarily, but he's not complaining about them. Truthfully, he's enjoying it. Making the gestures is as natural to them as anything else they've done together, though they're new and something to adjust to.
The teasing kiss is unfair, though. The water seraph silently vows revenge for it.
He makes a disgruntled noise in the back of his throat, his only way to comment on that statement before Sorey so rudely gives him a proper kiss. Still, Mikleo returns the kiss, affectionately squeezing his partner's hand. His free hand comes up to cup the side of Sorey's face and rubs his thumb gently over his ear. It's weird to not come in contact with metal and feathers, but soon that'll be remedied.]
[Mikleo's grumbling is both adorable and hilarious. Sorey's eyes are full of laughter when he peeks at the seraph's face, but he's not about to break the kiss, not for anything. (Well, maybe breathing. That is something they need to do at some point.) His ears are pretty sensitive, so he can't help the happy, half-ticklish noise that leaks into the kiss. Rather than pressing harder, he tilts his head some and adds the faintest impression of tongue.
It feels the teeniest bit strange at first, almost invasive, so he's happy to lick Mikleo's lips and pause there until they're used to it. He's never done this with anyone but the books always made it sound so wonderful. It's only as he's actually doing it that he realizes just how intimate kissing can be. Maybe that's why people enjoy it? It adds a certain dimension that isn't there otherwise, or that's what he decides as he's drawing his nails through Mikleo's hair; he can pet Mikleo through his clothes all he wants, but it doesn't come close to actually tasting him.
[The feeling of tongue against his lips sends a shivery sensation down his spine, but it's delightful. He parts his lips and brushes his tongue against Sorey's, just as curious about what's so great about it. It's kind of strange, but Mikleo can't deny that there's also a certain thrill in just that simple touch.
Sorey's nails running through his hair gets a soft, content hum from the water seraph. Mikleo moves his hand from his partner's ear to grip lightly at his brown hair. The brunet can call him beautiful all he wants, but the seraph thinks his partner is equally as handsome. Getting him to admit it is another matter.]
[Mikleo likes this, so of course Sorey likes it too. He sighs into the kiss and knows for a fact that his face is burning, but that's fine. It's just that the hand in his hair feels so nice, and holding Mikleo is just as lovely as he imagined, and--
-- and he needs to breathe, damn it. He pulls back for a few moments, surprised at how fast he's actually breathing. Oh well. He tugs Mikleo into another open kiss, his nails trailing down his neck, and then he shifts gears entirely and begins rubbing the seraph's back.
They could get in so much trouble for doing this with the door unlocked. Not confessing during the journey makes so much sense. Physical roommates are one thing, soul-roommates are another.]
[He's not the only one whose face is burning; Mikleo can tell him that for free. Breathing is such a pain, though. It's a shame that humans need to do it, and that the seraph is currently in a human body, which means he needs to breathe. Both of them are basically panting, but Sorey leaves no real time for Mikleo to get flustered about it. Something he's thankful for, for once.
The water seraph doesn't resist. If anything, he's just as eager to get back into the kiss. Although, Mikleo's surprised by the soft, high-pitched, pleased sound he makes at the feeling of nails going down his neck. Not to mention embarrassed.
Mikleo breaks it for another moment to breathe and decides to seize a chance to not be outdone by Sorey's boldness. He takes his hand out of Sorey's as he sits in his lap, resting on folded knees and placing both hands on his partner's shoulders. The seraph resumes the kiss, running his hands over broad shoulders. They run up along Sorey's neck before getting a secure, firm grip on his brown hair, close to his scalp.
All things considered, he's glad he never said anything on their journey. They have a hard enough time keeping their hands to themselves. With a confession, it would've been downright impossible.]
[Oh, that's a lovely noise he hasn't heard before. He almost wants to do it again and he's thinking about it when Mikleo moves into his lap. Sorey is so surprised that his eyes pop open, but that soon passes and he's back to kissing with relish. Sorey likes being touched, and Mikleo is being so generous; his shoulders relax gradually beneath the seraph's pale fingers until it's clear that Sorey could melt if given the chance.
Then Mikleo grips his hair in a way that is not at all subtle. Sorey groans deeply, hotly, and immediately feels goosebumps all along his arms beneath his shirt. Dang. Sorey's own hands shift lower, one working at the knots in Mikleo's lower back, while the other explores the back of his thigh.
He could definitely, definitely get used to this.]
[The groan sends a shiver down Mikleo's back, not at all expecting it and especially not expecting how thrilling it is to hear him make it. There's a desire to hear it again, to do something else that can get a similar reaction from Sorey. It doesn't help that the massage the seraph is being subjected to and the exploration of his thigh causes him to make an even more embarrassing sound, despite the fact it's soft: a moan.
Mikleo's about to do something about it when an indignant hoot sounds from Morgan's perch. He jolts in surprise, breaking the kiss audibly as he's reminded that his roommate could be back at any second. Not to mention, it's kind of a real mood killer when an owl is glaring judgmentally at the couple. His face is completely scarlet.
How on earth do humans deal with their hormones? He never knew how bad it can be until now, when everything else left his head except for making-out.]

[Sorey is so focused on Mikleo that he doesn't react to the angry hooting. Rather, it's Mikleo's jolt that gets him. He doesn't throw the seraph off but he does grip him tighter for a moment; the instinctive gesture speaks volumes about their battle experience. When he's sure that they're not in danger, he relaxes enough that Mikleo can untangle himself.
Mikleo has a point about Arashi walking in, but Sorey doesn't want to stop.]
We can always go somewhere.
[It's cold outside, though, and he doesn't particularly want to go anywhere this late in the day.]
If we're not due for a mission, why don't we travel?
[Mikleo certainly untangles himself from Sorey once he can. He simply sits next to him on the usual side, close enough that their shoulders touch.
